Healing Essence Massage Owner, Erica Straus, has begin doing sessions remotely. These are designed to get you out of pain and have been proving very successful. Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes in length.

So what happens during a remote session? Erica will work with you, utilizing her extensive knowledge of the body, her years of experience treating pain and injuries, and her intuition as a bodyworker, to delve down to the key muscular causes of your pain. She then teaches you a few techniques for addressing these issues using simple tools like a tennis ball or a rolling pin (don't have a tennis ball or rolling pin?
